Confirmation
Sundays, 10:15 a.m. in the Youth Room
Our Confirmation class is open to all eighth graders, as well as older youth who have not yet been confirmed. In addition to Confirmation classes, students attend worship, complete service hours, attend a retreat and learn what it is to be a member of Worthington Presbyterian Church. Classes start in the fall and end with Confirmation Sunday in March. The class is lead by Keenan Blanke, Director of Youth Programs, and the pastoral staff. Students are expected to attend class and worship each Sunday and complete homework and worship notes. There is also a mandatory Confirmation Retreat in February. In addition, confirmands are required to meet with Session at their March meeting. (A pizza dinner will be provided.)
