Preschool Programs

Tower Tidings is the Worthington Presbyterian Church newsletter mailed or emailed the first and the third Monday of the month.

September to May
3 hour sessions Monday through Friday
Programs for 3’s, 4’s and 5 year old children
Teacher child ratios: 1:9 for 4’s and 5’s; 1:8 for 3’s
Developmental Program that is conducive to Christian growth and development designed to meet the needs of the whole child through social, emotional, physical, intellectual and spiritual development
Educational curriculum is age appropriate meeting state content standards stressing reading and math readiness as well as creativity
Large muscle development, outdoors and indoors; large muscle room provided
Walking field trips
Parent/Teacher conferences in fall and spring
Parents welcome to visit anytime to observe or volunteer
Preschool tours given without appointments
Annual speech and hearing screenings, kindergarten screenings
Special programs include: holiday celebrations, mom 'n me night, dad 'n me evening, grandpal's day, parent events, visits from the Columbus Zoo, Music with Annie Hawe
Lunch Bunch offered throughout the year on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays from 12:00 to 1:00 p.m.
